A caring business built on the belief that every person deserves to live with dignity, warmth, and genuine care.
Hacienda De Luna was founded in 2017 by Lynn Hunsaker and Tony Ramani. Tony recognized the opportunity in a half-built first home and brought the ability to complete the construction. Lynn brought the senior-care business experience and operating vision needed to turn that home into Hacienda De Luna.
Their partnership began with House One and grew into three distinct residences, each with its own character and all grounded in the same commitment: every resident deserves to be known, respected, and treated with dignity.
Tony is a co-founder and helped create the original foundation for Hacienda De Luna. The daily care experience is led by Lynn, Miranda, Erica, Angelique, and the care team who serve residents and families every day.
These are not words on a wall. They are the principles that guide every decision we make, every hire we bring on, and every interaction our caregivers have with residents and families.
Every resident is treated with the same respect and dignity they have earned over a lifetime. We honor their history, their preferences, and their autonomy in every interaction.
We deliberately welcome no more than 10 residents per home so that every person feels known, not processed. This is a home, and it should feel like one.
We believe families are partners in care, not visitors. We communicate openly, welcome involvement, and make sure families always feel informed and included.
No two residents are alike. Every care plan is built around the individual β their medical needs, daily rhythms, dietary preferences, and personal goals.
From the cleanliness of our homes to the quality of our meals to the training of our staff β we hold ourselves to a standard of excellence that never wavers.
We hire people who care β not just people who are qualified. The warmth and compassion of our team is the single most important thing we offer.
The people who lead the day-to-day care experience are the faces residents and families know. Their work keeps every Hacienda home personal, responsive, and welcoming.
Lynn leads the operating vision for Hacienda De Luna and works closely with the team to protect the personal, resident-first standard that defines every home.
Miranda oversees the day-to-day care experience across the homes, ensuring residents receive attentive, personalized support and families feel informed.
Erica supports the care team as Health & Wellness Manager, helping keep residentsβ day-to-day wellness needs at the center of care.
Angelique brings the compassion and hands-on experience of a standout caregiver to her leadership role supporting residents and the care team.
From a single home to three distinct residences, our growth has always been guided by one question: how do we serve more families without losing what makes each home personal?
Co-founders Lynn Hunsaker and Tony Ramani establish Hacienda De Lunaβs first home and the personal standard of care that continues today.
A second warm, residential home opens to serve more Tucson families with individualized assisted living and memory care.
